Travel around the world means trying a lot of food. And even a burger can be exotic even if you find them all over the planet. Just like that, my hungry self ran into a shipping container in the middle of Brisbane city which had been turned into a funky burger bar called Miel.
After the meal my first thought was ”I have to tell the world about this”. And for your knowledge, Im not the first one to think like that. This place has really good reviews and the walls in this little burger bar are covered in newspapers clippings about how good the amazing burgers are.
You can design your own burger from $10,50 which is to prefer. Select between a fresh ciabatta or Brioche bun. If you like it and just want to pay 4,50 more you have the choice of having a rib fillet beef burger between the bread.
There is lots of different add ons. For example beetroot, pumpkin, eggplant, pineapple, zucchini or jalapeno. Or what do you think about gourmet cheese like Triple Cream Brie. Not bad, right? When it comes to sauces, MieLs own BBQsauce was on my burger and didn’t disappoint me.
When I bit into the delicious burger it was like a party in my mouth. The beef was perfectly cooked and juicy. Free chips and aioli with every burger make the whole deal even better.
Even if I only tried one place in town I want to call this the best burgers in Brisbane. The thought of trying something else scares me.
